Last night saw the cancelled 15 mile TT from the previous week being held on the new course.
The course didn't prove to be the fast course that was expected, instead being a tough night.
The event was won by visitor James Bray, who was the only person under 36 minutes. James was followed by Sam and Rhys in second and third.
As it was a new course, James's winning time was a course record, and Category Records were also set by Sam, Rhys, Gaz and Marie.

Last night's 10 mile TT was held on the full course as the roadworks have been completed.
The event was won by Stuart Wells in an impressive time of 21:27 with visitor George Hunt in second and Sam Abdy in third.

Next week's event is the 15 mile TT using a new course, so some course PB's, Category Records and a course record will be up for grabs. Meet at the same place/time where details of the new course will be available.

Last night was the first Interclub Challenge event of the season, held on a shortened course of 9.2 miles due to traffic lights at the usual finish position.
The event was well attended with riders from LRCC, Grimsby Tri and Cleethorpes Tri clubs.
The event was won by Matt Goodwin followed by Sam Piggott and Shaun Robinson in second and third.

Last night was the first Deepdale circuit TT of the season.
Held in sunny but cool conditions, this didn't deter Matt Goodwin who won the event in an amazing time of 24:51. Sam Abdy was second and first BWCC rider followed by Tony Nash in third.
Congratulations to Marie who finished second BWCC rider with a PB.

Next Thursday is the first Interclub Championship event, so we'd like to see as many as possible of you there representing the club.

Last nights 10 mile TT was held in good conditions, if not a little cold.
The event was won by Matt Goodwin with an impresive 21:17, with Sam Abdy finishing the first BWCC rider with a time of 22:55.
Congratulations to Marie for her PB and LVet2 Category Record.
It was nice to see four visitors, hopefully we will see more of them.

The first 10 mile TT of the year was held in cold windy conditions last night.
The event was won by Sam Abdy with Martin Softley and Gaz Stacey coming second and third.
Marie continues her great start to the season getting within 2 seconds of her PB, and taking an early lead in the Club Handicap Competition.

Last night was the first club TT of the year, held on the new course (BA5/3) on a sunny but cool night with a southerly wind.
The conditions didn't prevent some excellent performances with three PB's and two category records.
The event was very close at the top with Sam Abdy winning in a time of 11:17, closely followed by Martin Softley and John Gadie.
Congratulations to Martin, Simon Gardener and Marie Page on their PB's, and to John and Marie on their category records.
Lets hope this is a sign of a good season for all.
