One circuit ten mile time trial

            One fifteen mile time trial

            One twenty-five mile time trial

            Five ten mile time trials

Riders will be placed in the order of having the greatest plus or least minus over their overall standard after completing all the events.

There  will  be a qualifying period of one year in which a member must  complete  the full list of events required for the competition in order to establish his/her standard at each distance for subsequent years.

Where possible, a member’s standard for each distance will be taken as the best performance in the previous three seasons.

In addition the standard for ten miles will be the average of the five best results in a season.

Performances from earlier seasons may be used when a member has not competed at a particular distance in the previous three seasons.

The overall standard and the final result will be calculated using the arithmetic average of a member's standards for the nine events in the competition.
